TUITION
Tuition is based on number of hours of dance taken per week by
student or family. Payment is due the first week of each month,
August-May. There is a $20.00 late charge for
all payments received after the 10th day of the month. Returned
check fee is $30.

members.
All
who
pay
tuition
or
annual
fees
to
The
Dance
Company
are
members.
The
Dance
Company's
policy
is
to
combine
quality
instruction
in
varied
dance
disciplines
with
an
enjoyable
and
professional
atmosphere.
Individual,
personal
attention
and
analysis
of
student's
abilities
by
experienced,
expert
teachers
is
important
for
proper
dance
training.
Our
dedicated
staff
encourage
each
dancer
to
achieve
the
highest
possible
level
of
competence.
PLACEMENT:
Students
are
placed
in
class
by
levels
and
may
be
moved
at
the
discretion
of
the
Instructors.
DRESS
CODE:
FEMALE
-
All
Ballet
classes
-
black
leotard,
pink
tights,
appropriate
style
pink
ballet
shoes,
hair
in
a
bun.
Modern,
Tap
and
Jazz
-
black
leotard
or
unitard,
pink,
black
or
tan
tights.
Black
bike
shorts
are
permitted
for
older
students.
Black
sweat
pants
are
permitted
only
during
warm-ups
or
at
teachers'
discretion.
Black
tap
and
jazz
shoes,
bare
feet
for
Modern
Dance
classes.
Hair
must
be
confined,
off
the
face
and
not
be
a
distraction
during
class.
Jewelry
other
than
small
earrings
for
is
allowed
in
class
and
should
be
left
at
home.

Dress
codes
are
strictly
enforced
ATTENDANCE/BEHAVIOR:
In
order
to
attain
growth
within
any
dance
discipline
students
must
attend
class
on
a
regular
basis.
Students
will
not
be
included
in
performance
choreography
if
repeatedly
absent
from
class.
Students
must
arrive
promptly
for
class
and
be
prepared
to
take
class
in
proper
attire
with
hair
up
and
shoes
on.
Tardiness
disrupts
the
entire
class
and
can
not
be
allowed.
Habitual
tardiness
or
any
other
disruptive
behavior
will
result
in
parents
being
contacted
regarding
removing
child
from
class.
Students
may
not
arrive
at
school
more
than
15
minutes
before
class
and
must
be
picked
up
promptly
after
their
class
is
finished.
A
respectful
and
kind
attitude
is
expected
of
all
students
RECITAL
AND
COSTUME
FEES:
Recital Fees help to offset the cost of the Spring Performance.
There is generally two shows on our Performance Weekend. The fee
of $45 per family entitles the family to two tickets for the performance
of their choice. Pre-school students will perform one number. Combination
classes will perform one number in each tap and ballet. All other
students will be in one number per class.
Costume
fees
are
based
on
an
average
of
$50
per
costume.
Recital
and
costume
fees
are
paid
in
three
installments.
Based
on
the
estimated
amount
of
costumes
plus
recital
fees
1/3
third
is
due
on
each
of
the
dates
listed
on
the
School
Calendar
with
a
final
invoice
issued
when
costumes
are
ordered
in
January.
Costumes
fees
may
be
not
be
refunded
after
costumes
are
ordered.
Any
changes
in
classes
that
affect
costume
orders
must
be
submitted
to
the
office
before
January
1.
