The Dance Company was founded in 1993 by community leaders seeking to provide quality dance training for children in the surrounding area. We are a not-for-profit organization operated by and for its members. All who pay tuition or annual fees to The Dance Company are members. We greatly appreciate the generosity and support from our Sponsors & Contributors who help ensure the continued success of The Dance Company and make programs such as Everyone Dances possible.

The Dance Company’s policy is to combine quality instruction in varied dance disciplines in an enjoyable and professional atmosphere. Individual, personal attention and analysis of student’s abilities by experienced, expert teachers is important for proper dance training. Our dedicated staff encourage each dancer to achieve the highest possible level of competence.

Our state of the art studio is located in the St. Johns Cultural Arts Center on the Beach, next to the St. Augustine Beach pier.
